TECOMS ha partecipato alla conferenza internazionale e ai Policy Labs del progetto europeo VIRTUOUS, tenutisi a Budapest il 7 e 8 ottobre 2026 presso la Sinagoga di Rumbach.
Le due giornate hanno riunito rappresentanti delle comunità religiose, autorità pubbliche, forze dell’ordine, ricercatori ed esperti di sicurezza per confrontarsi sulla protezione dei luoghi di culto e sulla resilienza delle comunità religiose in Europa. I lavori hanno affrontato la valutazione delle minacce e delle vulnerabilità, le esigenze delle comunità, le pratiche di prevenzione e le opportunità offerte dalle tecnologie e dalla cooperazione tra istituzioni.
I Policy Labs hanno dedicato spazio al confronto tra comunità ebraiche, cristiane e musulmane, alla condivisione di esperienze e alla definizione di raccomandazioni per rafforzare la preparazione e costruire collaborazioni durature. TECOMS contribuisce al progetto curando gli aspetti giuridici, etici e di protezione dei dati personali, a supporto di soluzioni di sicurezza rispettose dei diritti fondamentali.

TECOMS took part in the international conference and Policy Labs of the European VIRTUOUS project, held in Budapest on 7–8 October 2026 at the Rumbach Street Synagogue.
The two-day event brought together representatives of religious communities, public authorities, law enforcement agencies, researchers and security experts to discuss the protection of places of worship and the resilience of religious communities across Europe. Discussions addressed threat and vulnerability assessment, community needs, prevention practices, and the opportunities offered by technology and institutional cooperation.
The Policy Labs provided a forum for Jewish, Christian and Muslim communities to exchange experiences and develop recommendations aimed at strengthening preparedness and building lasting partnerships. TECOMS contributes to the project by addressing legal, ethical and personal data protection matters, supporting security solutions that respect fundamental rights.
