Il 27 e 28 Maggio 2019 a Tirana si è tenuto il terzo workshop delle Forze di Polizia partner del progetto EU H2020 TRIVALENT, di cui Tecoms è partner. In rappresentaza delle Forze di Polizia italiane erano presenti i partner Ministero dell’Interno (Dipartimento della Pubblica Sicurezza – Direzione Centrale della Polizia di Prevenzione) ed il Dipartimento dell’Amministrazione Penitenziaria del Ministero della Giustizia. I lavori sono stati aperti dal Capo della Polizia Nazionale albanese.
TRIVALENT law enforcement workshop in Tirana
The third workshop of the law enforcement partners in the EU H2020 TRIVALENT project, in which Tecoms is a partner, took place in Tirana on 27–28 May 2019. Italian law enforcement was represented by the Ministry of the Interior (Department of Public Security – Central Directorate of Prevention Police) and the Department of Prison Administration of the Ministry of Justice. The proceedings were opened by the Head of the Albanian National Police.
Si è svolta il 22 giugno 2017, presso la sala del Mappamondo della Camera dei Deputati, la conferenza iniziale del progetto TRIVALENT. Il progetto, di cui TECOMS è partner, affronterà le problematiche della radicalizzazione e vedrà impegnati sia partner istituzionali (tra i quali 11 diverse Forze di Polizia appartententi a 7 diversi Paesi) che partner tecnici.
TRIVALENT opening conference
The opening conference of the TRIVALENT project took place on 22 June 2017 in the Sala del Mappamondo at the Italian Chamber of Deputies. The project, in which TECOMS is a partner, will address radicalisation and involve both institutional partners—including 11 police forces from seven countries—and technical partners.
Tecoms partner del progetto “Trivalent” (H2020 Security) per il contrasto alla radicalizzazione
Tecoms è partner del progetto di ricerca TRIVALENT (Terrorism pReventIon Via rAdicaLisation countEr-NarraTive), vincitore della call H2020 “SEC – 06 – FCT – 2016: Developing a comprehensive approach to violent radicalization in the EU from early understanding to improving protection of Europe“, che inizierà l’attività entro la metà del 2017.
Tra i partner italiani del progetto, coordinato dall’Università degli studi Roma 3, anche il Ministero dell’Interno (DCPP), il Ministero della Giustizia (DAP) ed il Nucleo Investigativo Scientifico e Tecnologico (Nist) del Comando di Polizia municipale di Torino.
Nell’ambito del progetto Tecoms sarà coinvolta, tra l’altro, nello sviluppo di sistemi IT finalizzati al contrasto della radicalizzazione.
TECOMS joins the TRIVALENT project (H2020 Security) to counter radicalisation
Tecoms is a partner in the TRIVALENT research project (Terrorism pReventIon Via rAdicaLisation countEr-NarraTive), selected under the H2020 call ‘SEC – 06 – FCT – 2016: Developing a comprehensive approach to violent radicalization in the EU from early understanding to improving protection of Europe’. Project activities are due to begin by mid-2017.
Coordinated by Roma Tre University, the project also includes Italian partners such as the Ministry of the Interior (DCPP), the Ministry of Justice (DAP), and the Scientific and Technological Investigation Unit (NIST) of the Turin Municipal Police.
Within the project, Tecoms will contribute, among other activities, to the development of IT systems aimed at countering radicalisation.
